 SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping includes both ways – it includes shipping the kit to you and return shipping of the sample to the lab.

✓ Shipping is free. We always offer FedEx Overnight shipping for kits to return to the laboratory. Customers will also have the option to get expedited shipping to their home using FedEx Overnight for a flat rate of $25.

✓ Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1 business day. 

✓ If you have questions about a specific order, please contact our Customer Relations Specialist.

 

REFUND POLICY

✓ If your order has not processed and shipped, you are eligible for a full refund of your Healthychecks order.

✓ Healthychecks ensures satisfaction guaranteed and will honor a full refund less $30 USD per test kit to cover shipping, handling, and processing fees.

✓ Healthychecks cannot accept returned kits. Please dispose of the kit if you have received your order and no longer wish to test.

✓ Refund Offer is not valid when test results have been released.

✓ Please contact our Patient Care Team if you receive a kit with missing or damaged components.
